GingerSNP tools help you explore standard human SNP arrays by interaction, pathway, and function. Quickly identify SNPs thought to be associated with a disease, with a specific molecular function, or genomic locus. Select a SNP set from the list on the right to get started.
The exploration process makes use of NCBI Entrez web services and a local GingerSNP core knowledgebase. The knowledgebase is built from public information sets including NCBI dbSNP, NCBI Gene, HapMap, Pathway Commons, Reactome, and the Gene Ontology. more …
